This Monday 24th October at midday, Kent Teach is running a Twitter chat for which Pooky is one of the experts. She is part of a panel who will discuss and advise on how to manage your wellbeing during the school year. Find out more below.
We all know how important wellbeing is but when you’re back at school, often it can feel there isn’t time to meditate, exercise or consider how to work differently so your inbox isn’t as full as your stationary drawer.
This Twitter Chat is to help you address these fallacies when it comes to your personal wellbeing at work. Kent Teach have lined up an expert panel who will be discussing the issues and dispensing great advice to help you make sure that this is the school year you start and continue looking after yourself.
Put Monday, 24 October, 12pm in your diary so you’ll have front row seats to this key event.
How to join:

2) Follow @KentSchoolJobs (if you haven’t already)

You can send your questions ahead of the chat so they can be answered during the session, please email your questions to Rebecca.Taylor@kent.gov.uk.
